Goodwater employs over 40 full time staff in a variety of roles. We believe that our staff are our biggest asset and that they all deserve enormous credit for their contribution to our continued success.

 

Martin Hoar

Company Chairman 

As the owner and founder of Goodwater, Martin has over 20 years’ experience in the business. He takes a keen interest in the financial side of the operation, continuously looking for ways for the company to retain its competitive edge.

Martin King

Managing Director 

Martin joined the company in 1990 and is responsible for commercial and strategic planning of the business. With a strong accounts background and having served his apprenticeship as a site service engineer, Martin has a wealth of both practical and commercial experience which is utilised to ensure Goodwater’s working practices remain current, competitive and that above all, meet customer expectations.

Frank Butterworth

Technical Director 

Frank was instrumental in setting up Goodwater having worked with Martin Hoar previously. In the 20 years since its creation he has fulfilled many roles. Frank has a wealth of technical expertise and is currently responsible for the company training and R & D programmes as well as being available to offer technical advice to our employees and clients alike.

Chris King

Director  (Contracting Division)

Chris joined the company in 1996 as a sales engineer and has contributed enormously to the company’s growth, consistently exceeding sales targets through his tenacity and considerable customer facing skills. At present Chris heads up the busy Contracting Division where his skills are utilised directing the largest department within the company.

Miguel Garcia

Director  (Equipment Division)

Miguel joined the company in 1996 as a site service engineer. It quickly became apparent that Miguel had a dynamic and vivacious personality that identified him for a sales and marketing role. Miguel currently heads up the Equipment Division which looks to secure new business via Building Services Contractors and Consultants.

Vikram Bamra

Service & Maintenance Manager  (Service & Maintenance Division)

Vikram joined the company in 2007 as a service engineer and was rapidly identified as having the potential to ascend within the Goodwater ranks. Vikram currently heads up the Service and Maintenance Division which provides an excellent service to our existing customer sites whilst also looking to maximise future business.
