Goodwater implements new Customer Commitment Charter

As part of our continuing review of the services we offer, Goodwater has now established a new Customer Commitment Charter which aims to build on the core values of our business and detail the service standards we expect to meet.

Chris King, our Contracting Division Director, who has been instrumental in creating the standards on which the charter is based, said, “We can be justifiably proud of the way Goodwater have performed over the years and establishing the charter is just another way of defining the levels of service we strive to achieve”
