5 Aldermanbury Square, London EC2

5 Aldermanbury Square is a new landmark development completed in 2007. It is an eighteen-storey replacement for Royex House, which had occupied the site since 1962. The Eastern part of the site is incorporated into a new hard landscaping scheme for Aldermanbury Square. A public route under the building follows the line of Addle Street, connecting Wood Street to Aldermanbury Square.

Goodwater has supplied services and equipment to undertake the flushing, biocide washing, and pre commission chemical cleaning of the LTHW, CHW and Condenser water systems within the building. The operation was carried out using temporary pumping stations to facilitate the sectional flushing of the system enabling Goodwater to deliver our services on schedule and within budget.
