During December, while handing out the Christmas hampers, we took the opportunity to present all the individual staff awards that would have normally been given at the AGM had it not been cancelled last summer because of the pandemic.
It wasn’t the same as normal with no colleagues around, and the applause was a little quieter than normal, but we wanted to make sure everyone’s achievements were still recognised in some way.
