Training

Goodwater offers a diverse range of training options which can be delivered either in a classroom setting, via video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, or at the client’s site. Training can be from a standard range of training modules or we can deliver bespoke training to fulfil the specific requirements of an organisation or particular site.

We are also an accredited HABC Training Centre (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance*) with our own accredited tutors.
We regularly run the following accredited courses:

• Level 2 Award: Principles of Legionella Awareness.
• Level 2 Award: Understanding the Risks Associated with Legionella in Hot and Cold Water Systems.
• Level 2 Award: Understanding the Risks Associated with Legionella in Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers.
• Level 3 Award: Principles of Legionella Control for Responsible Persons.

*HABC is recognised and regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OFQUAL) in England, Qualifications Wales and SQA Accreditation in Scotland.

Compliance

Goodwater is committed to delivering compliant water treatment and water hygiene solutions to our clients and to demonstrate our commitment Goodwater is ISO 9001: 2015 accredited.

We have also achieved UKAS accreditation as an Inspection Body in accordance with BS EN ISO 17020:2012. This means that we can undertake UKAS Accredited Legionella Risk Assessment (in accordance with BS8580: 2019) meaning our assessors are able to directly demonstrate their competency under BS EN ISO 17020:2012.
