The Goodwater Training Academy

We have always prided ourselves on our devotion to training and in 2016 we opened the Goodwater Training Academy led by our Technical Services Team. The first step with any new staff member is to undertake a thorough evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses, level of knowledge and any gaps there may be.

Thereafter a bespoke training programme may be established to suit the individual, with a view to increasing the technical ability and other important skills such as customer service and communication.

For us, everyone in every part of the company is a salesperson who, by interacting with clients, has the ability to create, maintain and enhance the relationships, whether they are an Engineer, Account Manager or member of the Operations team.
